Having complications from a previous company, I decided to try one more time. The individual that assisted me was very kind and informative. I also would like to thank the manager that was on duty. Now to the piece. Love it. Better than what I chose originally. Highly recommend.

I’ve had mine for 3 years. During this time it’s fallen into the tub 3x, a bowl of chicken soup, and it’s still going! My only complaint would be the thin plastic holding the magnet in, but I’m resourceful, I melted plastic from a milk jog over it. That fix is going on a year and holding. I will never buy another dry herb vape. This little frankincense vape is a TANK!
